As a creative, I challenge myself to see the world in new ways…it’s not always easy and sometimes takes more effort than I want to give (much like exercising), but ultimately I find a way. Creating print media work has always been a joyous process for me. The smell of ink on paper stimulates my brain neurons in a way that nothing else does.
From starting with a blank page, to figuring out the right type combination, to developing a color scheme, to organizing the content to direct the reader’s eye to track the spread…it all becomes a protracted symphony of design decisions that brings a lot of satisfaction. This is why I am a print specialist. I know, I know, I know...I’m a dinosaur but this is what I know and what I love.
